Privacy Notice
Any information that we hold in relation to Cavendish Learning Trust is known as personal data and what we do with this information is known as processing. We gather this information for a variety of reasons and this can be collected directly from individuals or from other persons and organisations.
Under the data protection law, individuals have a right to be informed as to how we use the personal data we hold about them.
We comply with this in line with current legislation by issuing privacy notices to all staff and individuals where we are processing their personal data.
Cavendish Learning Trust is committed to meeting its data protection obligations at all times.
Personal Data
The data we hold and use may include:
- Name and contact details including telephone number and email address
- Photographs from school events and conferences
- Sensitive category data ( See Special Category Information in attachment below)
In all cases there is a "lawful" or "legal" basis as to why we process this information. We will only process data that is adequate and relevant and limited to what is necessary for the efficient running and organisation of the Trust.
Personal data will not be kept longer than is necessary for the purpose it is required.
